Architectural Heritage offers a curated collection of antiques, architectural elements, furnishings, lighting, decorative accessories, and specialty products.

Many of our items are antique, vintage, handmade, custom, made to order, or one of a kind. Product availability is therefore subject to change, and an item may become unavailable even after appearing available on our website.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel orders, or correct errors in product information or availability.

If an item you purchase is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Antiques and Vintage Merchandise

Antique and vintage items naturally show signs of age and use. Variations, patina, wear, repairs, fading, discoloration, surface irregularities, and imperfections are expected and contribute to the unique character of these pieces. These characteristics are not considered defects.

We make every effort to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, and measurements. However, colors and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual device displays.

Customers are encouraged to request additional photographs, measurements, or condition information before purchasing if needed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing and product information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Architectural Heritage reserves the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors and to cancel or adjust an affected order when necessary.

Special and Custom Orders

Special orders, custom orders, made-to-order merchandise, and products ordered according to customer-selected specifications are considered Final Sale.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all relevant dimensions, finishes, quantities, configurations, fuel types, electrical specifications, and other selections before an order is submitted.

Once a special or custom order has been submitted to the manufacturer, artisan, or vendor, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Lead times provided for special-order merchandise are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, material availability, freight carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside Architectural Heritage's control.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery costs may vary depending on the size, weight, value, destination, and handling requirements of an item.

Certain large, heavy, fragile, antique, or architectural pieces may require specialized freight or white-glove delivery. In some cases, shipping displayed at checkout may be an estimate and additional arrangements or charges may be necessary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the purchased item can safely fit through entrances, hallways, stairways, elevators, gates, and other access points at the delivery location.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, delivery does not include installation.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Receiving Your Order

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly upon delivery.

For freight shipments, customers should inspect the shipment before signing the carrier's delivery receipt whenever possible. Visible damage should be documented and noted with the carrier.

Please contact Architectural Heritage promptly if an order arrives damaged or incorrect and retain the original packaging while the matter is being reviewed.

Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the requirements of our Refund Policy.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Architectural Heritage due to an error or shipping damage.

Special orders, custom orders, made-to-order items, installed or altered merchandise, and items designated Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Installation and Use

Architectural Heritage does not assume responsibility for improper installation, modification, handling, or use of products after delivery.

Lighting, gas fixtures, chimney products, fire features, architectural elements, and other products requiring professional installation should be installed by appropriately qualified professionals and in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions, building codes, safety requirements, and local regulations.

Customers and their contractors are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended location and application before installation.

Website Information

We strive to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, photographs, pricing, dimensions, lead times, availability, or other information will always be complete or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify website content at any time.
